Lewis and I are siblings – we share a tight bond and the longest relationship two real estate partners could have. Even our dogs Mozart, a rescue pet, and Scooby, a Goldendoodle, are best friends. Lewis joined me at Bellmarc in 2000 and together we have transacted over two thousand deals.
From commercial buildings all across Manhattan and Brooklyn to Magnificent Duplex Central Park West Stunners, we effectively are the right Team.
Daniele Kurzweil was helping us on a temporary project in 2004 and we begged her to stay on with us. Her expertise in technology and unbridled humor reach new constituents in up and coming neighborhoods. She has an insane knowledge of Manhattan and Brooklyn hotspots, parks, cafes and dog runs. Bruce Wayne, her rescue Chihuahua, loves accompanying Daniele on her weekend showings.
In 2012 Judy Olenick moved into Manhattan from a turn of the century brownstone in Cobble Hill. We were her brokers. It was an immediate shared vision. We sent Judy for her real estate license. Judy is trustworthy, honest, reliable and smart.

Julie spends hours chairing projects at her three sons' school – she serves on the Board of Directors – and also volunteers at a hospice and does pro-bono Motherloss grief counseling. Her husband Alan is an avid cyclist, and together with their children they spend time rooting on the New York Mets and the New York Jets.

Lewis knows how to execute and close a transaction with maximum ease. His astute business skills help him quickly identify commercial properties and leases for his clients, obliterating any wasted time and energy. He has intimate knowledge of each neighborhood and appreciates the inherent value the different values the areas have to offer.
Lewis graduated from the City University of New York Law School in 1992, and subsequently interned at the Attorney General's office, in the Real Estate Finance division. It was there that Lewis discovered his affinity for real estate, and his sister Julie quickly recruited him to join the business. Together, they cover enormous distances, often showing more than 70 apartments in a week.

Janka, a native of Buenos Aires, came to New York over 25 years ago. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian. She and her husband currently reside in Murray Hill and can be found shopping at the local farmer's market or taking a walk in Madison Square Park.

Andy and his family have been in real estate construction and develop in Seoul, Korea since 2003. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine, and moved to Korea to pursue a career in international marketing and real estate investment. Andy decided to move back the U.S. to further pursue his ambitions in developing his strategies in the biggest market in the world. He specializes in deals with international buyers for investment properties.
Andy, a former resident of the affluent Gangnam district in South Korea, now resides in Midtown. He and his wife, Chloe, enjoy strolling through Herald Square and enjoying visiting their favorite bakeries and cafes.
